A Sale Transaction for a 5,221 sf Restaurant Building known as Riazzi’s italian at 2700 S. Mill Ave in Tempe, AZ recently sold for $1,200,000 ($229 per sf), the buyer’s are the owners of Boulder’s on Broadway and Spoke’s on Southern restaurant and craft beer houses under Geryol Briggs, LLC. The seller was Riazzi’s Survivors Trust.
